Like all the best ideas, Boysterous Burgers started with a random, slightly chaotic moment—a rainy evening just before Christmas, a chat about the future, and then… BAM! Lightbulb moment.
Nick, co-founder, had spent 23 years crafting dishes in top-end restaurants, but deep down, he always dreamed of a burgers and oysters concept. And then, in the middle of the winter drizzle and general life madness, Millie, co-founder, blurted out:
"Boysterous Burgers!"
(Burgers, oysters, boisterous... get it?!) It just worked. And from that moment, there was no turning back.
A few months (and a whole lot of hard graft) later, Boysterous Burgers was born, setting up shop inside the Fountain Head pub in the heart of Brighton Lanes. Our mission? To serve up outrageously juicy smash burgers, fresh oysters, and a whole load of indulgent, messy, flavour-packed goodness.
